개인정보처리방침

에스알(이하 «회사»)은 SR Labs Korea 이름으로 내는 앱(이하 «앱»)에서 이용자의 개인정보를 이 방침에 따라 다룹니다. 앱마다 다루는 정보가 다르면 아래 «앱별 사항»에 따로 적습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

2. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고가 없습니다. 결제는 Google Play, 이용자가 고른 경우 저장은 Google Drive가 처리하며, 각 회사의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

3. 이용자의 권리

앱 설정에서 언제든 데이터를 지우고, 드라이브 연결을 끊고, 오류 보고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
앱 안 «계정·데이터 삭제»로 회사가 가진 정보(있는 경우)를 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 쓰지 않고도 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

4. 안전 조치

저장소에 올리는 내용은 기기에서 암호화한 뒤 전송하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 복구 키는 이용자만 가지며, 잃어버리면 회사도 복구할 수 없습니다.

5. 아동

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

6. 앱별 사항

MixNote 믹스노트

메모는 «기기에만», «내 구글 드라이브(앱 전용 숨김 폴더)», «직접 운영하는 서버» 중 이용자가 고른 곳에만 저장됩니다.
드라이브·서버로 보낼 때는 기기에서 잠근 뒤 보냅니다. 회사 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
요청하는 구글 권한은 앱 전용 폴더(drive.appdata)뿐이며, 이용자의 다른 드라이브 파일은 읽지 않습니다.

This policy explains how SR (“we”) handles personal information in apps published as SR Labs Korea. App-specific details are listed in section 6.

1. What we handle and why

2. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Our apps contain no ads. Payments are processed by Google Play and, if you choose, storage by Google Drive; their privacy policies also apply.

3. Your choices

You can delete your data, disconnect Drive, or withdraw diagnostics consent in the app settings at any time.
Use “Delete account & data” in the app, or contact us below to request deletion without using the app.

4. Security

Content sent to storage is encrypted on your device before it leaves. Only you hold the recovery key; if it is lost, we cannot recover your data.

5. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 14.

6. App-specific details

MixNote

Notes are stored only where you choose: on device, in your Google Drive (hidden app folder), or on a server you run.
Data is encrypted on your device before syncing and never passes through our servers.
The only Google permission requested is the app folder scope (drive.appdata); we cannot read your other Drive files.
